Donald Glover, also known by his stage name Childish Gambino, is an American actor, comedian, musician, and writer. He was born on September 25, 1983, in Edwards Air Force Base, California, and grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Glover first gained fame as a writer for the NBC sitcom "30 Rock," where he also had a recurring role as the character Troy Barnes in the show "Community." He then went on to create and star in his own FX series, "Atlanta," which won two Golden Globe Awards.
Aside from his acting and writing career, Glover is also a successful musician. He started releasing music under the stage name Childish Gambino in 2011, with his debut album "Camp." In 2013, he released "Because the Internet," which was nominated for a Grammy Award.
"3005" is one of Glover's most popular songs, released as a single from his second album "Because the Internet." It features a catchy chorus and a rap verse in which Glover reflects on his fame and the challenges that come with it. The song's music video, directed by Glover himself, has over 200 million views on YouTube.
